Q3. What to do if I am unable to end my ride?

A. If the app is not working as intented please report it by pressing the “ “ button . Charges will not be applied if the trip is ended in the app. Adjustments in the payment will be done after verifying the report.

Q4. Do we need to wear helmet?

A. Helmets are strongly recommended for we believe in safety first

Q5. Is it okay to ride under the influence of alchol or drugs?

A. This is punishable under law and strictly forbidden

Q6. How do I contact support?

A. Kindly report the issue in the app. The issues reported via email will be responded in hours. The email id is _____________________________________. We provide support in Norwegian and english language

Q7. Why am I not receiving verfication code?

A. Kindly ensure the telephone number is correct and the phone can receive SMS message without any issue. Please contact support if the issue persist

Functionality
Q1. Where can I end and park my ride?

A. The trip can be ended anywhere inside the operational area. Please make sure the scooters are parked responsibly after your ride. Please avoid parking in areas marked in red layer eg parks which are no parking zones.

Q2. What to do if my scooter doesnt move forward?

A. It is necessary to kick the scooter forward for a few times.

Q3. Why I am unable to connect to the scooter?

A. Try turining on bluetooth, restart app, ensure internet connection is good, ensure that the phone and app are updates. If the issue persist, kindly report.

Q4. Why the scooter not available in the GPS location?

A. As GPS postion may not be always acurrate it might be needed to search for the scooter in the vicinity of the location provide in the map. If the scooter is not found please report.

Q5. What will happen if my phone is out of battery?

A. As the app will not recognize if the phone has shutdown ,kindly ensure that the phone has battery before the ride.
