A. The trip can be ended anywhere inside the operational area. Please make sure the scooters are parked responsibly after your ride. Please avoid parking in areas marked in red layer eg parks which are no parking zones.
A. It is necessary to kick the scooter forward for a few times.
A. Try turining on bluetooth, restart app, ensure internet connection is good, ensure that the phone and app are updates. If the issue persist, kindly report.
A. As GPS postion may not be always acurrate it might be needed to search for the scooter in the vicinity of the location provide in the map. If the scooter is not found please report.
A. As the app will not recognize if the phone has shutdown ,kindly ensure that the phone has battery before the ride.
